All JFG members are certified by Japanese government as National Licensed Guide Interpreters.

Tour Guiding Services

◆Tour guiding services include sightseeing, shopping, meeting and sending-off at airports and stations, etc.
◆Our highly experienced guides provide services tailored to your goals and needs at reasonable rates.

  • ◆Guide fees vary dependent on the airport and the number of people.
  • ◆This tariff does not include the transportation fees such as taxi, bus or train fares between the airport and the hotel.
  • ◆Clients are responsible for arranging transportation to or from the airport and paying the tour and commuting fees for an accompanying guide.
  • ◆Airport-to-hotel guiding service: The tour begins at the estimated flight arrival time and ends upon arrival at the hotel.
    Hotel-to-airport guiding service: The tour begins at the hotel meeting time and ends at the airport check-in counter.
  • ◆If the tour exceeds 3 hours, an overtime fee will be charged.
Early-morning / Late-night services
  1. 1) Additional 5,500 yen (5,000+tax)
  2. 2) Taxi fare for the guide when public transportation is not available
Year-end and New Year fees (Dec. 31st - Jan. 2nd) Guide Fee 10 % increase
  • ◆The fees include tax and the guide's travel cost between his/her home and the site of the assignment.
  • ◆All the expenses incurred during work including admission fees and travel costs will be borne by the client.
  • ◆We request you to pay the fee to our guide in cash in Japanese yen before the tour starts.

  • ◆We request you to pay the fee to our guide in cash in Japanese yen before the assignment starts.
